Well it's been awhile since I've posted....well ok not that long, but seems like a long enought to me. Christmas is over for this year and I am home sketching away. I'm going to be making some new years resolutions and one of them is to get better at digital art. So here is a sketch I did in Photoshop of a Cabin Boy for the pirates theme we got going this week. I seem to be getting better but some tips would help me along so let me hear your shouts.

I think more definition of the [upper] eye sockets and how they relate to the nose would be good. Also, the linework seems kinda middling, this may just be me but I would either darken it to make it more prominent or get rid of it and make it a full-on painting. $0.02.
