Well Last night I had a small sketching party....bascily just one person from work come over for a sketching party. I had a lot of fun doing this, it reminded me of Ringling...I had a few fun sketches this is one of them that I am currently turning into an actuall illustration with a background (Go ME! WOOO). Later on today I'll post some more sketches from my airplane ride and some other random stuff too. Until then....keep sketchin.

Hoped you had fun at the sketch party. I look the chatater design but I am not sure about the srips on the short. I they need to cove with the body some to make him look rounder. it stead on straght up and down.
I really dig his face, specially the hawk nose. For some reason the legs bother me though. I guess id to like to see them concave on the sides instead of straight, it would contrast nicely with the convex nature of his torso.
I see what you had in mind with the flat patterning for the shirt, ive seen it done well before but I agree with Katie in that it just doesn't work as well here as elsewhere. A more varied pattern on the plaid would be nice as well, just alternating thick-thin lines for the pattern would be cool. Nice work tho man!
