Nice Katie...these are looking great! I've noticed that some of your posts previews are reverse colors. This has happened to me before too...the best way to solve that problem is when saving instead of clicking save as go down to "Save for Web" this will give you a smaller sized image and you will not have the reversed image thing going on. Nice stuff.....OOOH how bout some laces on the Football? Cant wait to see the finished book!

My laptop's screen did something funny with the image that I think made these images look great: It softened the colors so they weren't so vibrant. It wasn't a lot, just a little more pastel-like coloring; It's very fitting for the drawings, for some unexplainable reason. :)
I'm diggin the blue skin. I don't know the reason behind the sketches fully (I need to read past posts more.) But a happy kid playing with blue skin is a fun contrast. One usually connects blueishness to sadnessish (hehe or something like that.) Its cool to see you tring stuff like this. Keep it up!
Hey katie, the picture is displaying a little wierd and the image is coming up as broken... But I can tell what it'll be when youre done. One little citique: Be careful to give the two images good breathing space between them- these two look a little close.. :-)
