Ok so the lady that I'm doing this for didn't like the "just brown" one. So after a couple of other colors I figured out she wanted more color in it. So this is what I did up. Also I fixed up the shape behind the trees to make it enter and exit the frame at the same level and also the lettering is brighter. So all she has said to me abou this one is, "Its bright". Now I have no idea where to go...

Hey Jeremy This is MUCH better. I'd like to see 2 things before I'd call this complete. 1...get rid of the outlines around the palms and the tree line in the background. 2...darken the shield and text a tiny bit then I'd say BINGO!

Thanks Josh. I'll play with it at work tomorrow and re-post it. I might just get good at designing yet!
Lookin good man. What she might have been trying to get at with "it's bright" is saying its a lot of middle and light values, perhaps.
Maybe darken the background a bit? And perhaps the shield as Josh said. Just a thought.
